A minimum of 10% of the price of the services must be paid on booking/ordering while the balance is due no later than on the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail.If no due date for payment of the balance is stated, the balance will only be due on arrival at the accommodation.The return of the deposit is handled by the provider and does not concern Ærøportalen Ap S.
In the event of force majeure, customers will not be entitled to compensation. Customers wishing to make changes to a booking/order for a package holiday or accommodation should note that changes must be made by sending an e-mail directly to the accommodation provider concerned. It must also be possible for the accommodation provider to make the required changes. Complaints must be lodged directly with the provider of the service concerned and must be lodged within a reasonable time after the error has been discovered, but no later than 24 hours after the cause of the complaint has occurred.
Customers are under obligation to give the provider a reasonable period of time in which to rectify the conditions that have caused the complaint.
Details about specific products have been obtained from the accommodation providers as well as other providers of transport, excursions etc.
Ærøportalen Ap S therefore cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in the Ærøbooking system. All purchases made in the Ærøbooking system are subject to Danish law, which includes the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the Danish E-commerce Act and the Danish Consumer Protection Act.
If booking/ordering takes place less than 14 days prior to commencement of the holiday/service, cancellation will not be possible.
